- use the portal in violation of the terms of any connected service.
5. Connected third-party services
The portal can connect to services provided by third parties, such as Google Nest. When you connect a third-party service:
- Your use of that service remains subject to the third party's own terms and privacy policy, such as Google's Terms of Service.
- We do not control third-party services, and features that depend on them may change, be limited, or stop working if the provider changes or discontinues its service or revokes access.
- You can revoke the portal's access to a third-party service at any time through that service's account settings.
SawUs Portal is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. Google and Google Nest are trademarks of Google LLC.
6. Service availability and changes
We work to keep the portal available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the portal at any time, including for maintenance, security, or changes in connected services. Where practical, we will give reasonable notice of significant changes.
Do not rely on the portal as your only way to monitor or control devices in situations where an outage or delay could cause harm.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how the portal accesses, uses, and protects information, including information from connected Google accounts.
8. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the portal is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of information provided by connected services.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the portal or any connected service.
